RF Engineer (m/f/d)
Department: Engineering / Antenna Development
Location: Neufahrn near Freising, Germany
Start Date: As soon as possible
Your Responsibilities
- Develop high-frequency assemblies and antenna systems
- Provide technical leadership and coordination within the development team
- Lead subsystem integration and verification activities
- Simulate and analyze systems and subsystems, including their interactions within the overall system
- Follow internal development processes, including technical documentation
- Coordinate and, where necessary, liaise with subcontractors
- Be responsible for delivery specifications and technical monitoring
- Support technical proposals, cost estimations, and scheduling (project management activities)
Your Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering, information technology, physics, or a comparable field; PhD is a plus
- Proven knowledge and experience in RF technology and electronic circuit design, plus basic knowledge of digital signal processing
- Experience with simulation tools such as CST Microwave Studio, Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, or Cadence AWR
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or other programming languages
- Experience with standard RF measurement technology and electronic measurement equipment
- Basic understanding of systems theory
- Competence in technical leadership of development teams and supplier management is an advantage
- Passion for technology
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Team-oriented, interdisciplinary thinking and working style with ability to work independently
