Industrial Clerk (m/f/d)
Start Date: September 1st, 2026
Duration: 3-year apprenticeship (shortening to 2.5 years possible for strong performance)
We are looking for trainees for the apprenticeship program as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d).
During Your Training, You Will
- Get to know all key commercial areas of our company – from purchasing and procurement to accounting, controlling, and human resources, as well as marketing and sales
- Be actively involved in day-to-day business across departments and work closely with experienced colleagues
- Be supported by dedicated mentors in each department who will guide you individually, assist with tasks, and support your professional development
- Benefit from a strong combination of theory and practice, providing a solid and future-oriented education
- Develop into a versatile all-round talent in the industry
Your Profile
- No prior expertise required – motivation and personality are most important
- Intermediate school leaving certificate or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Solid grades in mathematics and German, and a careful working style
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and similar tools – or willingness to quickly learn new software
- Interest in understanding how a company operates behind the scenes
- Open-minded, friendly, and proactive – even in stressful situations
