Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a

Your tasks:

Management of projects
Results- and goal-oriented management and execution of project assignments
Definition, planning and control of internal and external project goals (deadlines, costs, services, quality, sales/cash flow, profits)
Order implementation (technical and commercial)
Project organization / project structure
Definition and planning of task packages
Management of project staff in the project
Project controlling and implementation of project reviews
Risk management for the projects
Contractual change management, problem management and process management.
Reporting to the customer/client and to management
Use and further development of available PM tools
Equipment and supplier requirements planning
Contract drafting/management with equipment suppliers/contractors
Order placement and management of equipment suppliers/contractors
Support of sales activities
Achievement of customer satisfaction

Your profile:

Degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or similar
Professional experience as a responsible project or sub-project manager in plant or system construction.
Knowledge of the specific requirements of naval, maritime or offshore technology.
Convincing and assertive personality with organisational skills
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and resilience.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage for our global customers.
Proficiency in MS Office and common IT tools
Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams with many dynamic influencing factors, but also tenacity in achieving project goals.
Goal-oriented, independent and systematic way of working
Willingness to travel worldwide
