Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects
  • Ensure results- and goal-oriented execution of project orders
  • Define, plan, and control internal and external project objectives (schedule, costs, scope, quality, revenue/cash flow, profits)
  • Execute projects from both technical and commercial perspectives
  • Establish project organization and structure
  • Define and plan work packages
  • Manage and coordinate project team members
  • Perform project controlling and conduct project reviews
  • Manage project risks
  • Handle contractual change management, issue and process management
  • Report to clients/customers and internal management
  • Apply and further develop project management tools and methods
  • Plan equipment and supplier requirements
  • Draft and manage contracts with equipment suppliers and contractors
  • Award contracts and manage suppliers and contractors
  • Support sales activities
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a comparable field
  • Professional experience as a responsible project or sub-project manager in plant engineering or system construction
  • Knowledge of requirements in the naval, maritime, or offshore sector
  • Strong leadership and assertiveness combined with excellent organizational skills
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and resilience
  • Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage for global cooperation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common IT tools
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and dynamic environments, with persistence in achieving project goals
  • Goal-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
