For our Sales Department, we are currently seeking a Sales Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Sales of customer-specific system solutions in the fields of communication, data transmission, and middleware (SW) in an international and multicultural environment.
- Acquisition of new customers and customer care in dedicated national and international sales regions.
- Supporting customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Identifying current and future customer service requirements, including adjacent business areas.
- Creating suitable solutions and business models.
- Developing cooperation scenarios and selecting suitable partners.
- Preparing detailed system offerings from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Obtaining supplier offers and collaborating on specifications.
- Planning and coordinating internal input from specialist departments.
- Creating bid calculations and conducting contract negotiations.
- Conducting market monitoring and competitor analyses.
- Creating forecasts and project plans.
- Providing after-sales service.
- Organizing and implementing trade fair appearances and company presentations.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, radio frequency technology, technical informatics, or comparable training and further education.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in international technical systems sales or business development.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
- Strong negotiating skills, a high level of initiative, and flexibility.
- High customer orientation and a confident appearance.
- Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 30%) and work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English; other foreign languages are a plus.
